If your PDC-S Scanning Head is not working and you are not ready to upgrade to a brand new system, all you have to do is to send the defective unit to us and we'll repair it for you. If you are not sure if the Head or Track is faulty we can help you find out, just send us a message or give us a call at 513-235-4299!
For the repair of the PDC-S Scanning Head we charge a flat rate repair fee of $2,995.00 US Dollars. Price does not include Shipping Cost of the equipment.
Please keep in mind that we are making sure that the equipment is calibrated and reads correctly, however we are not able to issue an ISO certificate of calibration if you need one!
We highly recommend shipping insurance!
If you select “Yes” to Insurance, we will set the declared value to $10,000.00 US Dollars for the Scanning Head, when we ship the repaired equipment back to you under our UPS Account. This will serve as insurance with the shipping company, in case of loss or damage, as this amount matches the cost to purchase a brand new PDC-S Scanning Head.
If you would like to have a Loaner Scanning Head or Track sent to you, we can provide one while yours is being repaired for a flat rate rental fee of $495.00 US Dollars each. We will also require your credit card details, so we can authorize (not charge) the amount of $10,000.00 (ATS/ATD/Intellitrax) or $20,000.00 (PDC-SII/PDC-LITEII) US Dollars for the equipment, which we will remove as soon as we receive our loaner back! We will also need your shipping account, so we can send the loaner instrument to you. The rental fee covers the entire time your scanning head is being repaired. However, there will be an additional charge for the use of the equipment if not returned within one week of shipping your Scanning Head back to you. Any additional time of use of the Loaner Scanning Head or Track will be charged at $195.00 US Dollars for each per week!
We offer remote troubleshooting as well using the Team Viewer application. If you would like to have your scanner diagnosed before shipping it for repair please download and install the application from http://teamviewer.com and call us with your Partner ID and Password.
Insurance - We recommend that you insure the Scanning Head! We usually recommend an insurance value of $10,000.00 however it is up to you to decide the amount!
