If your X-Rite ATD & ATS Auto -Tracking Densitometer and Spectrophotometer Scanner is not working and you are not ready to upgrade to a brand new system, all you have to do is to send the defective unit to us and we'll repair it for you. For the repair of the X-Rite ATD / ATS Track we charge a flat rate repair fee based on the size of the track. Price does not include Shipping Cost of the equipment.
We highly recommend shipping insurance!
If you select “Yes” to Insurance, we will set the declared value to $10,000.00 US Dollars for the Track, when we ship the repaired equipment back to you under our UPS Account. This will serve as insurance with the shipping company, in case of loss or damage, as this amount matches the cost to purchase a brand new X-Rite ATD / ATS Track.
If you would like to have a Loaner Scanning Head or Track sent to you, we can provide one while yours is being repaired for a flat rate rental fee of $495.00 US Dollars each. We will also require your credit card details, so we can authorize (not charge) the amount of $10,000.00 (ATS/ATD/Intellitrax) or $20,000.00 (PDC-SII/PDC-LITEII) US Dollars for the equipment, which we will remove as soon as we receive our loaner back! We will also need your shipping account, so we can send the loaner instrument to you. The rental fee covers the entire time your scanning head is being repaired. However, there will be an additional charge for the use of the equipment if not returned within one week of shipping your Scanning Head back to you. Any additional time of use of the Loaner Scanning Head or Track will be charged at $195.00 US Dollars for each per week!
